AP Ehitus OÜ was registered in April 2016. in the city of Jõhvi (Ida-Virumaa county). The main activities of the company are services related to road safety: installation, repair and maintenance of road fencing, installation of road signs.
All this is carried out by specialists with many years of experience in construction, on the basis of a set of mobile hydraulic equipment of the famous Swedish manufacturer Atlas Copco for driving / removing metal piles and drilling holes in hard surfaces (asphalt, reinforced concrete, flagstones). The existing equipment and experience allow developing a side-line activity: installation of piles for foundations of light building structures (cottages, baths, terraces, arbors) and installation of poles for fences.

Hydraulic power plant LP 1840 - highly efficient energy source for hydraulic equipment. With the help of hydraulic stations, the work of jackhammers, wrench drivers, circular saws, pipe benders, submersible pumps and other manual hydraulic tools is provided.
The hydraulic stations manufactured by Atlas Copco meet all the requirements for operational reliability and manufacturing quality. The overall dimensions and weight of the hydrostation are considerably less than those of the compressor, while the performance is much higher.
Transporting the hydraulic station to the construction site requires less expenditure, since it can be transported in a car, and when unloading, a tap is not required. Moving in the working area helps the installed wheels and folding handles.
The fuel consumption of gasoline hydraulic stations is much less than that of compressors of similar performance. In many cases, hydraulic stations pay for a year of operation only due to fuel economy. Modern hydro plants practically do not make noise. The latest hydropower models can operate without overheating for 8 hours. Additional fuel economy is provided by a power-on-demand power system. It takes the engine to idle speed when the tool does not work and returns the engine to the active mode as soon as the tool is activated. Oil quickly heats up, even in winter, for a few minutes. An oil level sensor is available.
Undoubtedly, the technical merits of Atlas Copco hydraulic tools make it the most promising equipment of the 21st century in the field of small-scale mechanization and auxiliary construction.
Hydraulic ram LPDRV (coper) - is an innovative high-performance construction tool that allows you to install poles of barriers without prior drilling of soil and subsequent pouring of concrete.
Coper is extremely simple to use, it is controlled by two operators and does not require any special skills. With its help it is possible to hammer into the ground pipes of circular cross-section up to 150 mm in diameter, pipes with a square section up to 80x80 mm, as well as a steel profile, a corner and reinforcement of the appropriate diameters and sizes to create a basic foundation for new buildings, and to update the foundations of existing buildings .
Coprad are also widely used in docks, in the construction of bridges, installation of lightning rods, grounding and any other purposes. In this case, the impact force is regulated, which makes it possible to accurately and without distortion clog the pipes and the profile with different wall thicknesses into the ground.
The LPDRV hydraulic coper with a remote spool (in Estonian is slaid) is a hydraulic tool for plugging into the ground various types of roadway signs, wooden piles and steel profile sheets.
Coper is purchased with a set of adapters.
Hydraulic mail picker LPP 10 - a device for extracting poles and supports from the soil, is used by repair teams to repair road barriers and barriers. Sturdy construction with automatic chain pulling to extract any wooden or steel posts, including IPE, HPE and UPE profiles, as well as spherical or rectangular steel pipes. In addition, a manual lever is purchased, increasing tractive effort up to 10 tons.

Diamond drill LCD 500 - a powerful drill, ideally suited for work in the absence of space for drill candles. Due to the lack of recoil during operation, it is possible to freely drill holes with a diameter of up to 200 mm.
A fully hydraulic tool can be used for wet drilling with a diamond bit in the most difficult conditions. The Column Drill LCD does not create sparks during operation (there are no electrical components in it), which ensures safe use inside buildings, in hazardous environments and even under water.
